About the job This position is based in the Bottega Veneta Singapore office, reporting directly to the Architectural Manager - SEAO, and managing store projects across the region. Main Duties• Assisting Architectural Manager for following task : • Manage and oversee all stores and offices in the region; and to execute new store opening, renovation, intermediate upgrade, pop up, closing and maintenance projects.• Manage selection process of local and overseas consultants, contractors and vendors to execute projects and required tasks.• Lead all aspect of project from inception through to completion, ensure design integrity and specifications are aligned with the Brand&#39;s standard. • Work closely with HQ Design teams, country leaders and functional parties on store design, project planning, project finance and time management. • Lead consultants, contractors and vendors to ensure design intent to corporate standards and statutory requirements are achieved; resolve design issues and delivery through efficient construction details and methodologies. • Closely monitor project within the approved budgets and timelines; anticipate and react to all conditions that may impact. • Review and analyze costs to identify cost-saving opportunities without impact to the delivery of projects in good time and quality manner. • Prepare reports and formal documentations corresponding to all stages of projects. • Managing store maintenance and rectifications. Requirements • Degree holder or equivalent in Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management, orrelated fields. • Minimum 2years of solid working experience in managing store projects. • Well-organized and ability to work independently. • Good team player with mature working attitude; ability to prioritize multi-tasks and work under pressure. • Strong interpersonal and management skills with keen awareness of current market development and updates. • Good command in written and fluent spoken English. • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Illustrator, Photoshop, AutoCAD, Sketch UP • Willing to travel overseas as necessary.

Combines project and facilities management jobs for stores and corporate buildings. This includes all projects related to stores and offices opening, closing, expanding, downsizing and moving. Also includes land and/or space acquisition, leasing, licensing, site and cost negotiation, development and renovation.

Oversees facility projects for the brands. Project manages new openings, closing and maintenance of existing buildings and ensures objectives and deadlines are met.

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Knitwear &amp; Jersey Product Development Intern to join our Product Development Team based in Milan.How you will contribute?<ul><li>Coding of the models, compilation of the bill of materials and transferring of information to suppliers.</li><li>Processing of data concerning the development of the prototypes and bill of materials.</li><li>Supporting the Team in inputting all the relevant data into the PLM system (data entry, amendments, updates etc.).</li><li>Supporting in coordinating the requests from the Design team (insertion in the system, updating on the collection board, etc.).</li><li>Being involved in meetings with external suppliers for the correction of defects of garments and collection of all the data necessary for the progress of the collection (fabrics / accessories to be sent, bill of materials update etc.) and management of the supplier package.</li><li>Helping in coordinating the prototype orders from PD office to external suppliers and vice versa.</li><li>Supporting during production fittings.</li><li>Stock follow up and daily update of the material bible (in the warehouse or related to the manufacturer stock).</li><li>Support in Material research and Development for yarns.</li></ul>Who you are:<ul><li>BA/MA degree in Fashion Design (Major in Knitwear &amp; Jersey Product Development will be a plus).</li><li>Fluent in English (both written and spoken).</li><li>Excellent use and knowledge of Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator and Indesign).</li><li>Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and keep to strict deadlines.</li></ul>
